Free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more to the continental US! Mystik Sisters™ ships via the US postal service and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location, and will be offered at the time of your purchase via the online shopping cart. Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location with a minimum charge of $6.00 for domestic orders and $11.63 for international orders. Please note that if the cart indicates that shipping cost for your order is $1.00 our software cannot calculate your charges due to weight, location or computer error our software will automatically correct your shipping upon download unless we have to correct the shipping address, So if one charge looks to good to be true it probably is. We are still working on this issue.
Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours, if items are available, and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.
Returns Policy
We will accept the return of shipped merchandise if notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue Credit to your account or refund you. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
